I was able to sign up with an existing email of a membership that expired a year ago. It seems that you can keep signing up with these promos by switching between two emails every year.

I singed up using a different offer last week. I was able to get a membership number but it would not verify my email and phone number. Tried several times, wouldn't work. Tried the next day. Still wouldn't work. So I decided to pay a visit the club and just pick up a physical card, since I do most my shopping in-person anyway.

Got to the club and the wait in line for the customer service desk was 30 minutes.

I finally get to the front of the line and the clerk tells me: "sorry, we are all out of cards. Regular cards, plus cards, don't got any of them." I explain the situation to her and she tell me that she can print me off a paper card that I can scan at the register. So I get this flimsy piece of paper with a bar code on it.

Ask her what about getting gas? She says to track down the gas attendant and use their card.

Seriously? I mean, WTF? Can't sign up for the app. Can't get a physical card. I paid good money for this rinky dink shit. And the CEO has the gall to say that the membership has "value". EEK!

At BJs person gave me card for someone else with same name. I gave him my freakin license, cant he check the address??? Well, once my BJs expires Ill assume the other me still has membership and try to get gas with it and maybe shop a little too

The only reason I figured it out is because I had the $30 reward loaded in the app but wouldnt work with physical card - so when I got home I tried to create an account with the membership card and it showed me other address

My account expires in 10 days. Hadn't planned to sign back up since I have Costco, but I figured for $25 why not. If I get the $10.00 great, but if I don't no big deal.

I asked a member service manager about a better offer who said it was unlikely as nothing has been announced/in the pipeline to her knowledge. She provided some additional insight. Let me know if you want me to expand on that and I'll be happy to oblige.
