Is it generally considered better than fakespot (which is all I've ever used to detect fake amazon reviews)? If so, what about it is better?
In particular I notice this product has over 5000 reviews, and reviewmeta.com says it removed only 13 of them, and hasn't done a full analysis (it wants my email address if I want a full analysis...). Also, it adjusted the rating from a 4.4 to a 3.9, which doesn't seem too bad (though clearly not great).
Fakespot on the other hand rates this a "D" for reliability but won't give an estimated real rating since it says less than 1/3 of the reviews are considered reliable.
You also need to look at the individual parameters. Take-Back is one of the most telling: reviews written by people who've had previous reviews deleted if they are significantly higher than others.
Then read critical reviews.
