Just my personal review but Pixel 7 finger print scanner is still terrible. I'd say it has about 60% accuracy and that's after registering just my thumbs multiple times.
Once again, lots of confusion about the superfan codes.
If you get a code from a Superfan, it DOES NOT give you $100 off your order, but does "stack" with sale prices. When you enter the code, it should say "Know someone who would love a Pixel too? Send them the code below and when they buy a Pixel 6a, Pixel 7, or Pixel 7 Pro, you'll both get $100 to spend on the Google" and show a $0 discount on your current order.
If you're signed in, get that message, and buy a new pixel, you should receive a $100 discount for another order at the google store 3-4 weeks after your new phone ships.
Unfortunately, these $100 credits do not stack with ANY other discount or offer. If you're trying to redeem a previously received credit, you will be paying full price, so there's really no reason to try to use those credits during a sale like this since the discount is already better than the $100 code. You're better off using the $100 codes on something that is normally around $100 like the Pixel Buds A Series, which would just be free.

Do you have a screen protector? I had the same experience as you until I installed a "certified" screen protector. Ever since I installed one that Google officially approved my fp sensor has been great
The fingerprint scanner on the Pixel 7 Pro works well and I have a glass screen protector on it as well. I had the Pixel 6a and the scanner was awful. Glad I returned that and waited for the Pixel 7 Pro.
Ordered a Pixel 7 during Christmas sale, returned it for bad battery and kept my original device. Now I feel like buying again but no longer seeing same discounts/promos

Mine works fine. Not great like nexus or pixel 3 but fine. 85% accuracy

Any one has experience with the google earbud. How good is it if compared with airpod? I still have Supefan code to use. Shall I get the A OR PRO?
My pixel 6 still has EIP of about $200 left at TMobile...if I pay that off, will T-Mobile continue to give me the credits to my account versus the phone? I would want to trade in my 6 for the 7.
Yep. I did that in October. Still getting the credits.
Some of the trade-in values they offered on black friday were honestly pretty wild. The amounts they are offering now are still decent in most cases. I have a Pixel 4a 5G that is great, but it's only guaranteed security updates through November. $250 trade in value is not bad since its will soon fall off the depreciation cliff.
I got 385 for iPhone 8 and with Amazon PM, total for 6a came to 36 with taxes and I flipped it for 200.
I am in iOS ecosystem, so the way i look at this as I wouldn't have gotten 164 for iPhone 8.

Mine works 100% of the time. I had the pixel 6 also and it worked great then also. Are you rotating/rolling your finger during setup for it to record all parts of your finger tip?
If anyone wants to upgrade from a Pixel Pro 6 to a Pixel Pro 7, they can purchase through Google store and a $440 trade-in credit. Then, after the purchase, you can submit a price match for the BestBuy price of $600 for an additional $150 off. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/goog...Id=6519915
That brings the price to $160 + about $44 in taxes for my location.
Seems like the cheapest upgrade path that I have found.

How are the selfie cameras compare between these two? Thinking of getting it for a teenager nephew
