Just my personal review but Pixel 7 finger print scanner is still terrible. I'd say it has about 60% accuracy and that's after registering just my thumbs multiple times.
Once again, lots of confusion about the superfan codes.
If you get a code from a Superfan, it DOES NOT give you $100 off your order, but does "stack" with sale prices. When you enter the code, it should say "Know someone who would love a Pixel too? Send them the code below and when they buy a Pixel 6a, Pixel 7, or Pixel 7 Pro, you'll both get $100 to spend on the Google" and show a $0 discount on your current order.
If you're signed in, get that message, and buy a new pixel, you should receive a $100 discount for another order at the google store 3-4 weeks after your new phone ships.
Unfortunately, these $100 credits do not stack with ANY other discount or offer. If you're trying to redeem a previously received credit, you will be paying full price, so there's really no reason to try to use those credits during a sale like this since the discount is already better than the $100 code. You're better off using the $100 codes on something that is normally around $100 like the Pixel Buds A Series, which would just be free.
Just checked superfan code stack for with discount if you want to buy as a non superfan. So will receive $100 code after the purchase but that code only work on full price items. I bought several stuff for free as its original price is less that $100.
What would you recommend buying "for free". Superfan doesn't work on Pixels grr

I used it to buy 4 USB-C adapters 😂 something Google should have included for free with their phones but since it's now a new trend both for Apple and Samsung it makes sense Google would follow.

Contemplated it for a few days and pulled the trigger. I've been waiting for a good Samsung S22 sale but excited to try a Pixel for a fraction of the price. My S9+ is 5 years old, which is longer than most phones last without having to charge it twice a day and $190 trade-in is pretty damn good.

I have some pixel buds A series, considered the pro buds if they accepted trade-in. However I don't see an option to trade these in, perhaps only available for the phones.
Anyone see option to trade in your old pixel buds for an upgrade?
The buds a offer much clearer and cleaner audio (for folk, Indy and singer/songwriter music). The pros have more bass ( Hip Hop ). Vocals are more muffled on the pros. Both have low volume issues.
if you don't care about audio quality then get the pros. The anc is also very weak. Personally I think it's a waste of money to trade them for worse sounding audio but that's me.
- the speakers are extremely weak, the brightness on max is low but also I had to have mine swapped like 3x bc of green screen tint and a charging port issue. Next year I'll prob just buy a galaxy personally.

I have some 230$ in Google Store Credit and a 100$ Superfan code that I can use.
Can someone suggest the best way to convert this to an iPhone using a series of trade-ins. Willing to add another 200-300$ if it needs.
Feel like I'm stuck with the Store Credit. If someone needs open to selling it as well at a discount, just that I can't transfer it to you, I'll have to place the order for you.

Pixel 7 has higher refresh rate screen, wireless charging, and 256gb storage option while Pixel 6a has better battery life and smaller size to hold in hand. The photo quality and selfie camera are more or less the same.
Yeah had both and miss the smaller size of the 6A. Only reason I upgraded to the Pixel 7 is because got the BB Pixel 7 deal in Dec so actually paid like $100 less for the Pixel 7 than the $299 I paid for the 6a LOL. But yeah no noticeable diff in pictures when I was using both, but 6a more enjoyable to use since can whip it out of pocket faster since not as bulky and heavy as the Pixel 7. 6a just the right size to whip out if u need to take a quick pic whereas with the 7 always goes slower since barely fits in pocket so not as easy to whip out and hold with 1 hand to take spontaneous pics.
P6 modem is dumpster fire. Need to disable 5g to get any semblance of decent batt life. My P7P feels like a huge leap over the P6P in that regard. Fingerprint sensor is significantly improved as well.

This review says the selfie is actually upgraded on the 7 tho I didn't notice since don't take many selfies I guess
"On the selfie front, the Pixel 7 features an upgraded 10.8MP camera with a wider 92 degrees field of view — a small improvement compared to the Pixel 6a's 8MP camera with 84 degrees." [androidpolice.com]
Will I get full trade-in value?
