Wow got excited for a second until I realized this was the super secret employee pricing that not many people/companies qualify for. Great price, hopefully there are some similar deals elsewhere coming.

AUA are the Costco models. They have WIFi 6 and the NFC enabled Magic Remote.

I would pick a lg tv over samsungs first gen qd-oled (nor would I want to pay sony prices), lots of qc and bending complaints... also weren't there claims of the samsung being set up to detect andcheat [youtube.com] certain tests?
I have yet to see a single fresh unboxing with a bent panel. Nearly all the complaints were probably people handling the units from the corners. The first thing one sees when unboxing is signage making it clear not to grab corners.

I'm sure some units were damaged by shippers and that happens with the LGs too.

Only the model OLED65C2PUA available to me and it's $1529. Any idea if it's same model and why it's slightly more in price? I'm logged in as EPP as well.

Nvm, saw in the earlier comments that both model are almost identical where AUA is Costco model.

Color accuracy was corrected not too long after it was released. The s95b has the best picture and that's nearly unanimous among tech reviewers/pros. So your view is definitely that of an outlier.

I can't speak to the software as I do what anyone that values their sanity does…use an Apple TV lol
No, color accuracy was actually better when it was released. RTings measured out of the box color and it was pretty good. Mabey you're talking about EOTF tracking which was messed up and later fixed. But white balance and color accuracy are not good. I can link to other recent reviews on the latest firmware who said the same thing.
I have the TV, boxed it up last night. I also have a colorimeter and measured it myself. Delta errors in the 6-18 range.

And I use a Nvidia Shield, but that doesn't help with the bugs in the calibration system of the TV.

Thank you for this info, been waiting for a C2 deal and wasn't sure if the A2A was as good as the PUA. Getting one .

Or can they :

2023 OLED Models [notebookcheck.net]
Quote :
"Teoh's measurements indicate that both types of OLEDl can reach ~2,100 nits on 3% window patterns, but these figures are recorded at a 9,000+ K white point. When calibrating the white point to the industry standard D65, the light output is decreased. Samsung's panel drops to 1,313 nits on a 10% window, while the LG panel is brighter at 1514 nits. However, on a full field white screen, the LG OLED peaks at 209 nits, but the Samsung panel pulls ahead with 250 nits."
Note: These are preproduction models, both could potentially improve on commercial models when they release. Also these are what will be G3 panels, not in the C3 or lower lines
He's a Samsung shill or ultra fanboy unable to look at pro's and con's of other tv's..just look at all his replies and posts in the past 2 months.

ApplauseApplause Now this is what we need. Actual real world testing. Thanks! I have been on the fence between the two, but will be LG for sure now.

I work for a large employer, entered my email on the signup page, it said that I qualified. A 77" B2 is $1800. I bought one in December for $1700 in the Walmart- Beach Camera deal posted here. It looks like their prices are good, but not exceptional.
They still have even older "1" series OLEDs. A 77" A1 is $1300, and 83" C1 is $3000.

You will get A2A for 1280$, and P2A for 1500$

Basically there is not much a difference between these two, only thing is P2A is Wisa certified(something about sound certified, it doesn't matter if you have an external sound system)

Also, P2A is what you will get in bestbuy, and A2A is what you will get in costco
