Just expect to pay quite a bit more for the "convenience" of not having to go to the store to pick out what you want but the downside to that is you can only choose from what Empire has available.
Service calls for damage covered by warranty will incur a fee of a couple hundred.
I recently did my upstairs flooring (3 rooms) with laminate, compared HD, lowes, Empire, flooring stores, saved $2500 by buying through a flooring store
