Threatened collections by Decker goon squad etc for the orders they shipped. Novel legal theory!
They still made profits on the discounted shoes btw.
This was unlike ANY major vendor before in SD history.
Additionally, the coupon could have been taken as valid for REI Coop members unless you paid attention at 5am when placing the order.
So to sum it up, scumbag company with a CEO that loves to Bragg a lot about the profits.
