I'm bad about keeping up routines which likely affected the outcome, but the hair has clearly thinned out and takes longer to grow back. While I am sure professional hair removal is more effective, it's also more expensive and requires time to visit the salon. It didn't make me hairless, but I am very satisfied with the results.
Word of advice mainly for women. Changes in hormones can re-stimulate hair growth so keep that in mind. Also, the Braun is very bright. It's like a photo booth. I suggest either closing your eyes or wearing light protection glasses.

We finally going to find out if this IPL works or not.
Is this the best price one can buy?
its gone
And would that be end of the device's life after that?
I also wonder if the flashes weaken as the bulb(?) ages.

All thanks to the built in auto sensor I felt safe using it.
Use once a week for six weeks, then only once a month per instructions.
It has three 3 power (Comfort) modes. I personally use the highest mode even though it stings, so I suggest to stick with either light or medium mode for beginners.
I was skeptical but it definitely works, and no need to waste time, and lots lots of money to go to the SPA anymore!
Nope.
You get everything you need with the standard window for all body areas and the small window for face and uneven areas, or where precision is important (e.g. bikini area).
The medium-size 3cm2 (1 by 3 cm) and small 1.65cm2 (1.1 by 1.65 cm) flash windows with the Braun Pro 5 IPLare the important ones, and all you really need to zap your full body.
Everything you need for a fast and thorough Braun Pro 5 IPL zapping session…
The latest and more expensive Pro 5 IPL models come with also either the wide, or the wide and an extra precision flash window. But you don't need these to get the job done. So. if you wish to save some pennies, check prices before you choose which model to buy.
If you buy, pay with a credit card, NOT a debit card or other payment method.
That way, if the product doesn't work, and if they don't honor the 100-day money-back warranty, you can file a dispute with the credit card for failure to honor their promises. (But some credit cards don't really protect you in the case of disputes as well as others; I've heard American Express is pretty good (in general), and citi cards are not all that good.)
