been using LED for years.... I personally find that they so far don't last too long.

Also, they have made them small where you don't need a separate wire to keep electronics... you can buy ones that have the electronics so small that the buld looks like a typical bulb.

The fact that the word mini is in their description but they actually use a separate wire... to me that says it all. This is simply paid advertisement and I would find one that is a direct fit with no extra wires.

I think I've had these close to three years now and have had zero issues with them other that people flashing their brights because they think I have my high beams on. When they do, I flash them with my crazy bright Fahren high beams to show them they're wrong.
The reason they flash you is because you have the lumen output of high beams. The reason you flash your extreme brights is because you don't understand this and feel as if you are actually proving us wrong with the action.

I bought LED headlights (diff brand) for my two cars in the last three months and I will never go back to halogen bulbs. The LED bulbs are so much whiter and brighter and I can see much more when I drive at night.

I wouldn't care if I have to replace them twice as often as reg bulbs. The night driving safety is my main concern.

A few things to consider. Some of the LED lights are so bright that it prob breaks some law but I haven't been pulled over yet. LOL. Nobody has flashed their brights at me saying my headlights are too bright. One of my cars is older and has a cloudy haze in the plastic headlight enclosure and the bright LED light still looks at least 2X brighter than my halogens were.

One set of LED lights I bought were shorter length with heatsink and no fan design so I could fit it in a tight spot. Measure how much room you have for an LED bulb before you buy it because they are typically longer than halogen bulbs.

Both halogen and LED headlights dim with age so replacing older halogen headlights can make a real difference.

Most cars have screw driver adjustments to adjust the headlights up/down and width - you can drive up to a wall at night and adjust as needed. Check it before and after replacing with LED lights. Typically drivers side light is adjusted lower than passengers side so you don't blind oncoming drivers as much. Adjusting the headlights to the proper level will help reduce the number of oncoming drivers flashing their headlights at you because they think you have high beams on...

I would recommend you buy LED headlights from an Amazon product page that has over a few thousand high ratings. So many of them only have a few hundred ratings and have not been out long. There are several Fahren LED product pages showing thousands of high ratings so I think they would be a good company to buy from.

I bought Sealight LEDs and have been happy with them. I've only had them for 3 months so I'll see how long they last.

Love my LED headlights!!! I will never go back to halogen again!

More dangerous to be driving, and you cannot see.

Granted, IDK what the max lumens that auto makers use.

I seem to see a lot of imports with LEDs that are pretty blue-white vs. warm white.

Any clue how these can be good long term? Every time I tried some highly rated LEDs like these FAHRENs for one of my cars, they fail miserably within a couple of years or less.
I had this brand on my car since Jan 2022 and they still worked. Mine was the exact same but was 20,000 LM. They lasted but the light output was very dim even in pitch black.

This one listed is 28,000 LM in total so hoping it's not 14k per light as this is low and hi beam.

I upgraded to these

Was worth the money. It's super bright.

And that's one heck of a price tag for headlamps if they don't last- like forever. The last regular Phillips bulbs I just got at Rock Auto were $4 a pop! These things would need to last 3x as long as a regular bulb. No one on this board has had them that long, that's a lot of years.

Thank you; I agree with you; these are not legal for highway use in most states

I've had it in my car for over a year they are solid leads, but this is the normal price for them they are perpetually on sale

Get the projector leds, not this. This will scatter light our blinding oncoming traffic and put you and others at risk.

Even the most egregious Toyotas, reigning OEM kings of blinding oncoming traffic, are nowhere near 6500K. This color temp is ratcheted up to a whole different level of dumb.
