Typically the best value is to let your XBL/gamepass completely expire, then activate 1-3 years of XBL Gold, then sign up for Ultimate (usually they have a $1 first month offer) and it'll automatically convert your Gold to Ultimate for the full 1-3 year period.

Waste of time for anyone with even a minimum wage job. I do rewards, but only what I would do naturally. You can go work at McDonalds for an hour and make more than 10x what the same hour spent doing these rewards will give you.

I hope people do go there and look. Then they will see the time commitment and actual effort it actually takes to get what you are claiming. I didn't say it was impossible. Just not worth the effort unless you are jobless in your parents basement or have waaaay too much free time.
