I'm a PECO customer in PA. I was just able to place an order for a google nest thermostat for $24.99 ($32.79 after tax). Shipping is free. It shows Snow but I was able to select Charcoal once logged in. Account signup required, I used my PECO account # to verify.

Price went up to $50 for me after login. I'm in Philly might be different for other counties.

They give more discount at this time, in past two years after rebate/potential instant savings, price always around $50 for each, so I ask Friends who live in NJ order two for me, include shipping from NJ to PA, total cost around $35 for 2, so $25 plus taxes with Peco it's not bad.

I clicked OP's link and it showed a final price of $79.99 ($129.99-$50). I logged in and the discount disappeared. So YMMV it seems.
