Is there something wrong with the protein product? 73% protein per scoop isn't amazing, but it's very reasonable.
I ran through the sales process just to check the numbers and here's what I found.
58.49 (list price at current discount)
- 14.62 (25%-off coupon for Subscribe & Save)
- 2.92 (5% off of current list price due to Subscribe & Save)
+ 0.44 (tax)
----------
=$41.39 <-- This is what the OP stated, less the tax.
For 5 pounds, that's $8.28/lb, which isn't bad at all for today's prices.
If it's the odd link the OP provided that has people worried, here's the product with a normal Amazon URL: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01JUA736Y.
If I hadn't just bought a bunch of vanilla protein powder I'd strongly consider getting this. (I'm holding out for some strawberry. )
I'd like to understand if there's a problem with this product or company, in case a flavor I want comes on sale. Thank you for any insight anyone can provide.

I mean I can literally account for almost every single ratio'd out calorie that's gone into my body in the last year, and with the only noteworthy change there being a switch to concentrate powder from isolate in the name of saving money. Which came out to about an extra 200'ish daily on top of what I typically take in from chicken.
Or basically...screw me and those tubs of ON stashed up in my closet lol

this is a good clue as to what you are really getting in these protein "blends" (almost all concentrate)
