But once you get up to over the $50 dollar range, I would just look for a Phanteks Eclipse P300A Mesh.
After they found the P300A is selling well, they mark the price up to $70. I am also trying to look for a simple mid-tower for 50 but I couldn't find any. Do you have any other recommendations?
I bought this case as it is very close to my Corsair 220t in dimensions. Overall I am very happy with it. While it isn't the best case, there was no sharp edges, the cable routing was super easy, it comes with rubber grommets for the drives, the fan has no light, but I wasn't expecting any with it. 3 USB ports on the front is better than my Corsair, but it is part of the front panel, so you can't really route the cables well and be able to remove the front a lot. The glass is very close to identical on my Corsair in weight and quality with a slight tint to it. It was packaged very well with some good foam pads. For the price I can't think of a better case.
The mesh that it has on the sides of the front cover allow for plenty of airflow, but there is no filter. You could add something if you really wanted to though.
