Similar 3060 laptops around this price usually come with Ryzen 5 5000 or Intel 10th/11th gen or refurbished 12th gens. Those are usually Nitro 5s, MSI or Gigabytes.
Though for some reason, ASUS only has terrible OS images loaded with bloatware. Do yourself a favor and do a clean reinstall once you verified everything works fine.
