If you're good with ultrawide, I'd personally take the MP option 100 times out of 100 over the UR59C.
If USB-C wasn't a requirement for what I need, I would be buying one of these today and I believe this is the lowest price it's ever hit.
UR59C is standard aspect ratio (16:9) whereas this is an ultrawide (21:9) -- very significant difference between the two and this link will let you see the difference: http://www.displaywars
