I found that using Chrome worked like a charm and I was able to complete my order smoothly.
Do you believe the MOTO G is a good value for its stylus features?
People might have different opinions about Moto, but for $40 this IMO is a really good value.

It looks like my Metro gravy train is over. I keep getting the dreaded "contact us" at checkout. 3 $40 Stylus and 2 $45 iPhone 11s in 3 months is a good haul, though.

EDIT: It worked on my Solitaire -- err -- Windows machine with Edge, my own domain email instead of GMail/Yahoo, and a Verizon MVNO phone number. I tried with my Mac and TMO Samsung S21 before; multiple browsers. Beats the hell out of me. Maybe the VZ number was the difference. Or their system just sucks.

During check out, I see + equipment taxes and shipping. How much are these fees in CA? I was only charged $40.

Used brave browser. Received error at final check out during first attempt. Got a fraud alert text from Amex to approve the $40 charge by Metro. Said OK. Amex instructed to re-submit. 2nd time went thru. Will contact Amex if I get double billed.

TIA,
F

Sorry, your request cannot be completed at this time. For additional assistance, find a store near you"

Tried again on mobile, different everything. No go.

Then directed to go to a store or call, but a hold was placed on my Apple card.

I give up.
Same message here on 1st try in Firefox.

Started over with same info and received this: "Sorry, we are currently experiencing technical issues-please try again."

Opened link in Edge, used same info as before EXCEPT using different account set up PIN (1st 2 tries started with a zero), third time I didn't and it went thru. Could this be of issue - anyone else?

They also hit my CC for the $40 on the 1st try, but not the 2nd. And again on the order that went thru. Hopefully the 1st try is just a hold and isn't a real charge until shipped.

Maybe 3rd time was the charm? What a convoluted site - sheesh!

I agree. Ordered as a backup and intend to wait the 6 months for SIM unlock. Then on to see if bootloader unlock is available. If so, I'm good. If not, it's a brand new phone and I can easily recover the money by flipping it. Fingers crossed on the BL unlock Wink

my tracfone stylus 2021 was not compatible with ATT, despite the moto list

https://motorola-global-portal.cu...patability

I wasn't whitelisted.

So I was wondering if this metro branded phone had some restrictions as well compared to a phone sold by motorola.

Ordered one motorola g stylus 5G on my iPhone using safari. Didn't even see any problem like last time ordering the Samsung A14 5G. The only difference is this time it checked my credit history and asked me 5 security questions only seen from pulling my credit history.

Does anyone know if this motorola g stylus 5G comes with a stylus (pen)? This picture in metro doesn't show the stylus but other website shows it

What web browser did you use please?
I initially tried Chrome and it was a no-go, then a VPN too and still nada!
Didn't work for me on chrome or Firefox but did work on the safari browser.
