Do not buy this! It is so noisy and there's barely any airflow. I also tried to warranty it but for $15, it wasn't worth the hassle

Math crunch:

42 watts = 42/1000 = 0.042kWh

0.042 kwh x 12 hours x $0.20 = $0.1008 or ~ 10 cents /day

for 30 day month > 0.1008 x30days = $3.02 to run fan for one month.

See so many of these at the curb. Quality has gone downhill. Motors are junk and build quality is awful.
