Forget that it might taste like air.... It's 210 cal for only 15g of protein!
Even the Kirkland protein bars have a far better ratio at 190 cal and 21g of protein.

I'm going to get in here before somebody comes along and says the same crap over again about them tasting like air. They're cheap. It's protein. It doesn't have to be the most delicious thing you've ever eaten. If your goal is to get a little bit more protein in your diet as well as fit in some solid macros, these are good for that.

I agree 100%. I ordered 3 order of these previously. I think these might be at an all time low now? Lol. They keep going on sale. I wonder if the company is trying to clear out the inventory. 10/10 would buy for the fourth time.

Full price for me is showing $29.97 and after 5% S&S plus 50% coupon my final price is $13.48. Still a good deal but not exact replication.

I like them, get them for free at work. I liked the banana+almond butter and the peanut butter+chocolate ones. Not a fan of the lemon flavored one. Consistency is a bit of a dry chew, outside may look/feel plastic-y (like the Kirkland ones), but I like them better than other protein bar brands.

Regularly on sale for under $8, but that was a few years ago.

Not that long ago. I got 20-packs for $9 this month, $8 in November 2022.

Soy protein the body doesn't absorb/use as easily as whey protein... good studies out there.

Whey is animal based. Soy is not. Whey is generally better for muscle gain as it has necessarily amino acids, minerals etc.. soy is better for vegan and/or the lactose intolerant

I bought these the last deal they had a month ago. They have horrible ingredients for the ones who are health conscious. There was not an ingredient's list on the website, so once I got them in the mail, I ended up returning them because they had dyes, artificial flavorings and ingredients, and gluten. Poor quality in my opinion.

Amagad, gluten!!!

Seriously, unless you have celiac or diagnosed gluten sensitivity, gluten is not an issue.

There's health-conscious, and then there's health-paranoid.
