1 - it tasted awful and anything I mixed it with overpowered that thing and made it taste awful too. So I would just mix it with some water and down it as quick as possible and have something afterward to get the taste out of my mouth. I could deal with that if not for #2:
2 - it gave me pretty strong headaches. Everyone gets headaches once in a while and I didn't know if it was directly related but I stopped and the headaches went away and then restarted two different times and the headaches came back each day so I I'm pretty sure it was correlated. I asked Amazon for a refund and dumped it in the garbage.
[EDIT] not sure which ingredient(s) caused the headaches but I do drink caffeine and have redbull/energy drinks from time to time and they do not cause headaches for me. Maybe there's just something in it which didn't agree with my system but I wouldn't buy or use it again.
