For me, the C4 really does help. I have tried to find out exactly what vitamins and/or aminos I need, so I can make my own so much cheaper. But I'm not there yet, so for now I'm throwing my money at C4 products. If a dollar (or so) for a can of energy juice or less for a "serving" of powder helps me get through my day, I won't begrudge them their price for their magic formula.
Need 400mg+ to even feel anything anymore
But they still sell so I guess they shouldn't stop.
For those who don't know: a proprietary blend or "prop blend" is a way to dump a bunch of ingredients into one category instead of the company telling you EXACTLY what it is you're putting into your system and, more importantly, how MUCH of those ingredients there are in a serving
Example: this has 3.181 grams of a "Performance Blend," which is Beta Alanine, L-arginine, Creatine, Sodium Citrate, Magnesium Chloride, and Dipotassium Phosphate. I guarantee you every single one of those ingredients is underdosed and will do NOTHING to aid in your performance.
But it's $.50/serving so there's that.
