I think this one tracks fertility better - very specific use case but if you or someone in your life is aiming for that it seemed like a good setup.

Earlier in the week, Walmart was dumping theirs. Do a search on SD. Prices are high now. It's possible they might lower them again, so keep an eye on it. Set up an Alert. If you find it first, then buy one and post it here.

True. At least over the past couple weeks, Walmart seems to "run out" of stock… and then magically find more 45mm Series 7 Cellulars.

Kind of a work around, but I was able to get it for $297 by buying Target gift cards for 10% off.

Target gift cards can be bought from 3rd party for 10% off, but just make sure you actually use them right away.
