Good deal but it looks like it is SIM loaded.

PSA: after 8 years loyal Tracfone customer I moved to US Mobile because TF has become a total basket case since Verizon bought. Texts can be a day late - so can voicemails. Calls go into dead air. I had 4 business lines with them and all are moved recently due to poor service and support - it was nice while it lasted.

Tracfone, boost and total wireless among the worst I've ever dealt with. The latter two companies refused to refund me for phones that didn't work and a phone that was never received. The tracfone service couldn't even make any outbound calls every thing went out a number you've dialed cannot be reached.
I had gotten a Tracfone Moto Stylus with the 1GB/1500min/1500txt plan last year due to expire in 2 months. If I get this, can I use it to extend the service another year with the added data/voice/text. If so, how?

Maybe. It's very much a YMMV situation.
If your phone is unlocked then you could possibly activate the new sim keeping current number so plan combines on new sim & will replace the original sim. These are supposed to be preloaded, there is no separate card for the plan.
These were originally meant for BYOP unlocked phones & often will not activate on branded TF.
It's why several of us recommend reading previous threads so you know what to expect.

If you have a spare unlocked phone even if it's older you could use one of these sims to transfer your number and minutes/texts/data to it. Then you'd transfer it all back to the phone you want to keep using after a couple of days.

There have been issues for 2+ years - just be aware there might be problems.
