I have these hooked up to a tv in the den. Great for a tiny room. One thing I don't like is I can't see what volume level the speakers are at. It would be nice to have some sort of visual input indicator.

Good speakers but no volume indicator, annoying Bluetooth light, cheap remote, and no headphone output.

Fantastic price, hands down the best speakers you can buy at this price range. And realistically more than sufficient for non-audiophiles and impressive to all for the price/performance.

Good price for this. I got this to listen to podcasts before bed and occasionally music. I also tried Monoprice's "audiophile" speakers and I thought these Edifiers sounded better to my ears.

I've got these setup as my computer speakers, and with my turntable and they have been great. They look and sound very nice, and the remote is a nice touch too.

Bought these last time when they were on Amazon. Pair this with the cheap 40 dollar sub from monoprice from yesterday's deal, and you would have a pretty nice setup for cheap. Love the combination hooked up to my record player.

Great price for these. I pretty much agree with any of the negative stuff above, but it's not enough to sway me away from them.

I paid $130 for mine late last year. The bluetooth was defective so it couldn't connect to any device. Customer Service sent me a replacement and that one worked and they didn't ask me to send the defective one back. Though the bluetooth don't work, the line-input still works, so it is basically the Edifier model R1280Ts.

I also bought the R1280Ts two years ago, so now I have 3 of these speakers and they all sound great.

Is the bass strong? Thinking about using these as my PC speakers and I don't want the neutral monitors type sound. Clear sound and heavy bass at lower volumes are what I am looking for.
