Is this the same game as "The last of us remastered (PS4)" content wise?

It's on best buy for $10.

I skipped PS4 generation altogether, and now have PS5, and was just wondering...

This really should have been a day 1 playstation extra title.I'll wait till it either hits that in the near future or drops down to $20 or so

I rented it and was playing it. I would say the experience is super nice compared to the ps3 version which people keep saying. Graphics are rebuilt, inventory feels smoother, fantastic story of course. It's just way to high price though. Metroid remake started at 40 which is what this should have been

This PS5 remake is actually a remake of the PS4 remake, which was a remake of the original PS3 version.

As silly as that sounds the ps5 version greatly enhances the narrative and animation/acting of the characters... which is the game's biggest selling point. Look up the Digital Foundry review on Youtube for a very technical comparison. If you have never played the game, it is definitely worth the price. That said, if you're on a budget, ps4 version still holds up greatly and won't fail you.

$50? Should be more like $25. The older one I have is "TLOU: Remastered" and it updates itself to PS5 UHD 4K after installation.

What's so different about this one?
