The food police are killing our country. Somehow it's ok to consume boatloads of calories by eating olive oil, nuts and "natural" sugars like honey and maple syrup which will all make you overweight. The minute you suggest that substituting artificial sweeteners for sugar to reduce calories in your diet to lose weight, they tell you that's unhealthy. So even though I've reduced my BMI and blood pressure by eating fewer calories, they tell you that's the wrong way to do it,

Nobody says to eat boatloads of anything except produce...oils and nuts should be in moderation. Artificial sweeteners arent very healthy but if it worked for you, congrats I guess.
