Unlikely. No cream actually removes dark spots. All they do is lighten them for as long as you continue to use the product.

However, if your age spots are actually considered precancerous spots, then a dermatologist can remove them and doing so will be covered by Medicare ad perhaps other insurance plans. I had this done on my forehead not long ago using cryogenic liquid N2. No cutting was necessary but quite painful during application. Took about 2 weeks for recovery. Now, the spots are gone. Amazing!
