There's a Malco combo set for $33 that includes the 10mm. More user friendly than this too. Takes too long too switch bits when you need them in a hurry.

It wasn't "Amazon" it's sold by Klein through Amazon.
Says impact rated, looks like the metal impact sockets/bits are made of, has the hex shank to attach to an impact driver.
So then, why aren't they impact capable in your mind?

This is for the HVAC and Electrical trades that deal in SAE. I too would like a metric set. This with the 11 in 1 handle from Klein are in my primary tool bag. Lots of options in a small form factor.
