Does this need to get bolted down to concrete floor or can I set it up and use without doing that? It's for my son and I don't expect him to use more than 150 to 200 lbs.

Deciding between this and the one below. What do you think is a better buy?

Putting aside my snarky remark, seriously there is a chance that the weights will pull on the side and the whole thing will topple. There is a reason the manufacturer added anchors on the sides, if you look closely. Considering that the user is a child or teen , I don't think they will pay same attention not to get in trouble as an adult. Just my 2c.
