Back in the day…about 7 years ago, HD had similar set for $7 after $10 coupon. Anyone remember this?

I don't understand the hate for this deal. $37 for a decent standard wrench set is more then fine. Just pick a set up as my old trusty Craftsmen USA set is finally getting rusty after 15+ years.
