There's a reason why there are so many different tools. Ratcheting wrenches don't fit in places a non ratcheting can and they can't take anywhere near the abuse that non ratcheting can either.
These are cheaper in store at $49.99.
The box end on a ratcheting wrench is too wide. I can't get it to fit in most places on dirt bike so stick with old school.

I bought this set last month.

I am an industrial multi craft mechanic and have already used this set three times.

They aren't precision tool wrenches. The included tray case fit nicely into my double bank tool chest which is why I spent the 60 on them. Ratcheting wrenches are usually preferable but for 60$ and a tray this was a deal IMO.

You don't want to break stuck fasteners with a ratcheting end.

The ratchets are also space constrained in some situations.

It's all about the right tool for the job. Right now I'm waiting for a deal to pop up for quality long pattern metric wrenches. The long handles make breaking those stuck fasteners easier.

I have flex head ratcheting wrenches because if I've resorted to ratcheting with a wrench, I want it to be versatile enough to flex around things. You can't do the double wrench trick with flex head wrenches.

Doesn't seem to be in stock at my store. Bummer. I think I'll wait, but I am looking for a decent set of wrenches for most jobs for a diy homeowner.

This guy obviously doesn't wrench much. Sometimes open end is the only option.

I got a good 90T Gearwrench ratcheting set for christmas and I'm still going to check my local HD to see if they have it in store for $50. And if so I'll pick it up without a second thought.

Lowes has a 28 piece combo wrench set for $15, today only. https://www.lowes.com/pd/Kobalt/5005553917

It's not as big or complete a set but it works out 50 cents per wrench at Lowes vs $1.36 per wrench for this Husky deal. Lowes sets stop at 17mmm and 3/4" . The Husky goes 2 to 3 sizes larger.

The 24 piece ratcheting set is also $49.99 in store. I sent my wife to get the set OP posted after work yesterday and she came home with this instead. I'm going to keep it and get the regular set as well. They're both great deals IMO.
