The box end on a ratcheting wrench is too wide. I can't get it to fit in most places on dirt bike so stick with old school.

There's a reason why there are so many different tools. Ratcheting wrenches don't fit in places a non ratcheting can and they can't take anywhere near the abuse that non ratcheting can either.
I am an industrial multi craft mechanic and have already used this set three times.
They aren't precision tool wrenches. The included tray case fit nicely into my double bank tool chest which is why I spent the 60 on them. Ratcheting wrenches are usually preferable but for 60$ and a tray this was a deal IMO.
You don't want to break stuck fasteners with a ratcheting end.
The ratchets are also space constrained in some situations.
It's all about the right tool for the job. Right now I'm waiting for a deal to pop up for quality long pattern metric wrenches. The long handles make breaking those stuck fasteners easier.
Then I hope you never need a wrench

You were absolutely right. Snagged one, thank you!
This guy obviously doesn't wrench much. Sometimes open end is the only option.
