Decent deal. The inverter champion for this price was better...

Not an emergency generator. Running watts Propane is 3240 watts 120 volt. Heavy at 120 lbs. Loud. Not fuel efficient. The star of the small Wgen conventional series is the Wgen5300DF which is a transfer switch ready emergency generator 120/240V and was $450 everyday until recently.

The one *huge* plus to a 'non-inverter' generator, this (non-inverter) unit lacks.
*No ~220-250VAC 60hz Split-Phase.*

Not a great deal for home backup use.
Not bad if you've got a 30A ~110-125VAC-only RV (+dual-fuel, -Not sure about THD).
Might be useful for remotely operating 'corded' power- and landscaping tools that operate on
120VAC 'mains'. Being Dual-Fuel, lugging a propane tank around your property would be arguably 'safer' and 'more convenient' than a strictly gas unit.
