Make sure this is actually useful for your mic. If you have an omnidirectional condenser this might be useful for you. If you use these on directional mics- like the standard hand held mics that you drop when you say something awesome- these won't help because those already reject most of the noise coming from the direction of the shield.

Not gonna do a whole lot either unless you have the wall behind the talent treated. That's likely where any bounce is coming from, discounting ambient noise in general.
