Dude have you read through any of the comments? With so many people still commenting that they missed the deal, it's obvious how many people don't take a little time browse through the comments to track the progress of the deal.

Anyone can get this deal whether your location has it in stock or not. Ask a Best Buy rep to order it for you and they will charge you the sale price. Simple as that. I know it's hard to comprehend Best Buy doing something right after the iPad price match fiasco from a couple of weeks ago but people really need to check the thread comments and stop asking the same questions over and over again

$220 for a Name brand 5.1 4k receiver? And speakers? And a sub? Maybe 10 years ago.

I just paid 250 for this receiver 2 months ago refurbished.

It's a solid device BTW. Paired it with a JAMO set.

Full price only in south FL. Shame, in the market for a 5.1 system.

Worth driving 2 hours?
No, just go to your local store and they can order it for delivery or pickup there.

The website price is not the store price. It's priced as OP listed in all stores

Can I order it to a store for pickup (non discount price) and then have them return/price match and it buy it again?

To be clear, if the store has locally in stock it's gonna ring up $220 regardless of location right?

Just to confirm, do you have video going to tv, and then one earc to the receiver from the TV, because that's my ideal setup.
EArc from receiver to EArch tv.

Just walk into the store, give somebody at customer service the SKU and tell them to order it for you and it will ring up at the discount price

Yamaha receivers are very nice, while this is a lower end model I set one up for a friend and it sounds great, have also had several myself. Honestly the "Scene" feature is extremely handy, no matter what someone screws around with, you just hit the button and it restores all your settings for that particular input and makes it easy for people who don't like complexity to switch between inputs without a fancy harmony remote etc.

The speakers aren't anything to write home about, but plenty for most people, easily beats out a soundbar.

So basically dont run your series X or ps5 through the receiver but for the vast majority of streaming this will be fine?
Run this through your arc/earc port on TV. Keep your consoles going through TV as well. No need to run game systems through a receiver if you have a good TV with HDMI 2.1

I have a pair of klipsch rp600m speakers, they are 8ohms.. i see this says 6ohm impedance.. will that be a problem?
6 ohm is the lowest, and it bumps the THD up quite a bit, 8 ohm is ideal for this receiver.

How's this compared to the mid tier to high tier Samsung soundbars?
