Dude have you read through any of the comments? With so many people still commenting that they missed the deal, it's obvious how many people don't take a little time browse through the comments to track the progress of the deal.

Anyone can get this deal whether your location has it in stock or not. Ask a Best Buy rep to order it for you and they will charge you the sale price. Simple as that. I know it's hard to comprehend Best Buy doing something right after the iPad price match fiasco from a couple of weeks ago but people really need to check the thread comments and stop asking the same questions over and over again

$220 for a Name brand 5.1 4k receiver? And speakers? And a sub? Maybe 10 years ago.

I just paid 250 for this receiver 2 months ago refurbished.

It's a solid device BTW. Paired it with a JAMO set.

Actually I just tried to do that and the associate looked at me and said they don't honor "Slickdeals" posting especially with audio that price
First rule of slickdeals is you don't call and ask them to price check. All you do is just check the website to see if the store has it in stock. If it does, great, just go there, carry the box to check out and the register will ring it up to the correct price.

The store doesn't have any? No problem. Go to the store's TV or sound area and an employee will ask if you need any help. Just ask them to look up if they have the sku in stock (already knowing that they don't have any there). I showed them the best buy page (NOT slickdeals). They'll the full price (not an issue) on the page and the SKU which they use to check inventory on hand and say no sorry we don't have any in stock here, but we can help you order it. You just nod politely and say "sure that's what I want. I'll do in-store pickup." They punch the sku into the register, it automatically rings up for the adjusted price and you pay for it.

You don't need to ask them for a price check or try to show them that you saw it on Slickdeals or wherever. Just get them to start the order and it'll adjust. You have to be in store.

If for some reason at the step where you are literally about to tap/swipe your credit card to pay and it's still showing full price, then just say sorry you changed your mind and walk away.

Thanks OP! Worked just fine. Checked the app to see if there was stock nearby, found a store which had "limited stock". Ordered a pickup at full price just to make sure. After the confirmation, went in and informed the associate who was the delivering the good that it was supposed to be at a discount price for pickup and he looked in the system and said he needs to cancel the order and make it an "in-store purchase" to reflect the price, which it did. He refunded the original amount.

Alternatively, If there is no stock near you, go the nearest store and ask them to order it for you and they will do it at discounted price.

Got the last one, $241 out the door in Monterey area. Did a quick hook up and for some reason my remote is not working. I am going to try a different set of batteries once I get the chance. Thanks OP. Can I use some pioneer bs22?

Went ahead and bought this. Store had 1 left in stock, was sitting somewhere with a removed price tag.. some employee probably trying to save it or something idk. I just put it in my cart, took it to the front, scanned at 220. Gonna replace my old receiver that didn't have 4k passthrough and use my old receiver and these speakers with my computer

Thanks OP! None in stock in the store, Best Buy staff member was able to order for me and shipped to home. He told me it was 649, I asked him to try and see if the price was different if he ordered, he did, the price was 229.

Went to the only store that still had it in stock left in my area. When they checked inventory it showed up as 650 but it rings up as 221. It takes a little bit of nudging, had to ask them to ring it up, but the people at the store were nice enough to honor the 221 price.

Yeah I have that soundbar and it's not even close to comparable. Bought this today and set it up and it's like multiple orders of magnitude better.
What size drivers do the speakers have? Do the grills come off? How's the subwoofer?

Hi everyone: The deal is still live as of Sunday, 4pm Pacific time. I think you can get this deal regardless of inventory, if you're willing to wait a few days. My local store had zero in stock, but in-store customer service let me order one at this clearance price for free store pickup next week (no ship to home available).

I hope this helps!

I've heard these speaker and they leave allot to be desired in general. The 150$ woot sale on jamo I posted plus a used receiver would blow the socks of this for about the same price.
I've been looking around a little bit and I haven't seen a sub and good 4k receiver for $70 anywhere. The speakers sound much better than anybody that needs to buy a receiver is used to and it's pretty cheap. Kinda seems like you just wanted to point out a deal you posted lol.
