Dude have you read through any of the comments? With so many people still commenting that they missed the deal, it's obvious how many people don't take a little time browse through the comments to track the progress of the deal.

Anyone can get this deal whether your location has it in stock or not. Ask a Best Buy rep to order it for you and they will charge you the sale price. Simple as that. I know it's hard to comprehend Best Buy doing something right after the iPad price match fiasco from a couple of weeks ago but people really need to check the thread comments and stop asking the same questions over and over again

$220 for a Name brand 5.1 4k receiver? And speakers? And a sub? Maybe 10 years ago.

I just paid 250 for this receiver 2 months ago refurbished.

It's a solid device BTW. Paired it with a JAMO set.

Yes, I currently have mine connected to a Shield. No issues at all.

I doubt it. Unless the electrical label includes 220v & 50hz rated. Most USA and Canada electrical items are only 110v and 60hz rated. The exceptions are usually computers and electrical razors which are usually dual voltage.

I have searched everywhere online.

To enjoy full 5.1 surrounded cinema sound, should it be connected directly through Hdmi cable? What if I connect it to my laptop through bluetooth? Is it just a speaker through bluetooth?

No luck at my store. Ordered an open box unit for about $450 for pickup at a Best Buy Outlet location. Went to pick up but cancelled right at the desk and had them do an in store repurchase. Rang up the same $450 as open box. Showed the blue shirt the e-ink tag and receipt from OP and he seemed to go out of his way to try to help me find the $220 price in his system but no luck.

He saw that it's marked to no longer be replenished around June of this year but was still coming up full price. I made sure he was scanning the manufacturer barcode rather than the open box red tag barcode, so it would ring up "as if" new. But that rang up at the full $649 price.

Any ideas? Maybe it's not actually nationwide or they "fixed the glitch" Wink

Great sound. Definitely a decent deal at this price for its feature and quality.
Too bad that I don't have a good TV to support this theater system.
Just returned mine at McKinney, TX store today.
It is $155 as an open-box item and should be sitting in the clearance area.
If you want one, go grab it before it is gone.

I went to the store on Sunday and ordered it at about 11:40 am EST. Mine was estimated to arrive Friday, March 3rd, but when I go login and check the status, it says my "store I chose for pickup no longer has this item in stock" and the only thing I can do is cancel. Huh? I guess some stock are pulled regionally. Otherwise I don't see how others whose orders were placed after mine are fulfilled.
Most likely warehouse is out of stock now so they can only pull from a local store, if there's none in your area they won't be able to.

I was able to grab one tonight! They were able to check their computer for pricing but needed manager approval.

This is becoming less and less true. A lot of electronics accept a wide range of voltages and frequencies.
