I tried different zip code to get $199 but it changed back to $500+ when I selected pick-up or ship to home. I want that charger.

That kit comes with HP batteries that are 4Ah and 2Ah (way better than the batteries in this kit if you get HP tools in the future) and you get the multitool. The circ saw reviews okay, the biggest issue is the stamped shoe which deflects. You could flip it if you dont need it.
