You certainly sound "young" considering plenty of young adults in their 30's and especially in their 40's need to watch their blood pressure for a variety of reasons. reasons that "red wine" won't fix. kindly stop being ignorant.

Promos & Coupons:-$37.50

What's with all the AC adapter talk, who wants another wire going to a house plug? Its bad enough it still has the air hose going to the cuff, a true wireless unit would have the air compressor on the arm band and transfer the data wirelessly to the display (not your phone or the internet....gezzz).
Because batteries are expensive and I wouldn't want a heavy battery+air compressor unit on the upper arm cuff itself when I'm trying to get a precise fit and reading. No point having a wireless cuff since you can't move around during a reading.

Never tried it on batteries, but I'm thinking that between the compressor, Bluetooth, and the display it will chew through the batteries pretty quickly.
Had a model below this that takes 4 AA batteries, using it maybe 3 times a week lasted around 6 months. I use rechargeable batteries so it's not really a hassle at all.

I agree the wireless part is pointless. but batteries at this stage are affordable and rechargeable and don't die for years. no reason not to have plenty on hand anymore.

I don't get this...less than 12hrs old and a blood pressure machine from Walgreens has 80+ Thumbs Up and 5+ pages of comments?

Do that many SlickDealers have to monitor their blood pressure???

Walgreens posts are very popular but I can't understand this one? Is this an item people are buying for re-selling as there seems to be a nice return percentage on the savings???
maybe you are young? once you get into your 30's and 40's it become more difficult to maintain healthy blood pressure levels. these things usually cost a decent amount as you can see, it's a very solid price and it's worth to have around the house, doctors generally recommend getting one as you get older also but take it with you to make sure it's calibrated.
