So the best way is to place the order for free uber / delivery, once you get it, reach out to the customer service and ask them to apply the $25 coupon that failed to appear. She said she will make a 1x courtesy credit of $25 as per the notes on the account from previous rep. But in the future, I need to "read the fine prints". I did let her know that in all of the terms and conditions, the page DOES NOT say coupon valid from 2/24/2024. It only states that coupon is valid until 3/24/2024. Either way, she credited my account and said it will take 2-5 business days to go back to the account.
As CrazyScientist correctly pointed out, if you go into the MyWalgreens page, it will say the coupon activates tomorrow. Another post mentioned the HEALTH20 code expires tomorrow @ midnight, so looks like there's 1 day where you can stack both $25 off and 20% off.
Hopefully they'll still have the HEALTH20 off and keep the base price at $79.99 so others can still get the $38.99.

It's still a bit silly for their website to allow you to click the clip coupon on the page 1 day before the coupon goes active. The first two reps (one on chat, the second one on phone both told me just wait a little while and it should get applied). Would have been more helpful to remind me it doesn't activate until tomorrow. I will revise the main deal to mention it doesn't start until tomorrow, thanks.

Log into your account and scroll to the bottom, the coupon should be there. As mentioned by others, the $25 off coupon should be valid from 2/24/2024 - 3/24/2024.
