It appears that even though the $25 coupon should be active (2/24/2024-3/23/2024), it does not appear to be working for most people. So the best way is to place the order for free uber / delivery, once you get it, reach out to the customer service and ask them to apply the $25 coupon that failed to appear. To be safe, you can call them first to ask them to leave a note in your order. A bit of a hassle, but overall a decent price for the blood pressure monitor.
The HEALTH20 20% off coupon looks like it expires tomorrow, fine print states "Orders must be placed by February 24th, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.". So you should have 2/24/2024 to get this deal without having to reach out to customer service.
The coupon/deal is live again. Walgreens seem to run specials on these every couple of months.
Add Below coupons before submitting the order:
1) Extra 20% off when you spend $40+ with "HEALTH20"
2) +$25.00 off 1 - This coupon is present below the product under 'Available Coupons' from "Monthly Savings Book"
Total should be: $109.99 - savings ($30 (27%) -> $79.99 - 20% off - $25 = $38.99
FWIW, even though the $25 off coupon is "offer clipped", it did not work for me automatically and was not showing up in my cart during checkout.
I did the chat screen, and they told me I have to call in. When I called in, they asked me to try different browser (which still did not work). So I placed the order for same day free delivery. They noted on my account that once the item is received, I can call back and they'll manually refund $25 to my account.
It's not ideal, but $63.99 - $25 = $38.99, so a pretty good price. I also ran it through cash back for additional 2% back. Hope coupon works for others without the hassle.

I got the order delivered by Uber (free), and called back. The rep tells me the reason the coupon code did not apply is because it does not start until 2/24/2024. She said she will make a 1x courtesy credit of $25 as per the notes on the account from previous rep. But in the future, I need to "read the fine prints". I did let her know that in all of the terms and conditions, the page DOES NOT say coupon valid from 2/24/2024. It only states that coupon is valid until 3/24/2024. Either way, she credited my account and said it will take 2-5 business days to go back to the account.
As CrazyScientist correctly pointed out, if you go into the MyWalgreens page, it will say the coupon activates tomorrow. Another post mentioned the HEALTH20 code expires tomorrow @ midnight, so looks like there's 1 day where you can stack both $25 off and 20% off.
Hopefully they'll still have the HEALTH20 off and keep the base price at $79.99 so others can still get the $38.99.

It's still a bit silly for their website to allow you to click the clip coupon on the page 1 day before the coupon goes active. The first two reps (one on chat, the second one on phone both told me just wait a little while and it should get applied). Would have been more helpful to remind me it doesn't activate until tomorrow. I will revise the main deal to mention it doesn't start until tomorrow, thanks.

Tried 6 different stores for pickup, same error.
Log into your account and scroll to the bottom, the coupon should be there. As mentioned by others, the $25 off coupon should be valid from 2/24/2024 - 3/24/2024.
