You certainly sound "young" considering plenty of young adults in their 30's and especially in their 40's need to watch their blood pressure for a variety of reasons. reasons that "red wine" won't fix. kindly stop being ignorant.

Have done quite a few virtual visits - they're great for the minor things that don't require the doc to probe at things, or just simple follow-ups, after the doc has got the tests he or she needs.

They also ask for your weight! :-)

I searched for a while and Omron dosent sell one directly however you can buy any cuff you like and switch the air plug on it from the cuff that comes with the machine.
