The Gold was only $10 higher. The Gold is twice tougher and has a better CS/return.

Make 4 separate accounts and use apt A,B,C backroom they can't say you don't rent rooms out in your house and if payment is an issue get gift cards

It had a power on count of 1 (since I powered it on) and everything else was perfect and new.
