I ended up buying the adapter years ago because the bluetooth connection was so unreliable and would drop constantly while playing.
I take care of my stuff too, I got perfectly working consoles from the 80's and 90's, no issues.
But these controllers, give or take 3 or so months, DRIIIIFT.
