When my favorite Quest game (Hyper Dash, 5v5 fast-paced shooter) went free-to-play a couple months ago, our lobbies suddenly filled up with "squeakers". So be prepared to deal with underage children molesting your avatar and verbally abusing you!

Well seeing as how I paId $60 for it (so both my boyfriend AND I), I'd love to know what their stance is towards all of us who paid for it from the start. Especially since we don't even play the damn game as each round only lasts a few minutes and squads are only 3 people in size when we always have 4-5 of us who regularly play multiplayer VR games together

I think also because there will be an influx of new users who play… you can enjoy the game when you only have 3 people playing at the same time in one squad?

But going back to your argument, Isn't this the same as buying any game at retail value and then having it go free to play down the road to make your experience of playing with more people more enjoyable? You don't get a refund for that either Frown

What did we expect? They're the largest group that gets VR. People our age won't even try to put it on without a lot of coaxing. Even after they experience it, most adults are like, "nah".

I don't know what age bracket you're referring to, but the moment my early 40s self put on a VR headset it was my childhood dream come true. I couldn't get out my wallet fast enough. Now I just need a jet pack and a hover board and I'll be set.
