While I don't capsules, Café Bustelo makes the best instant coffee, where I can't take a maker, like hiking in the mountains.

I find most 2nd rate coffee pods not worthy and I buy mostly Nespresso branded capsules, but I'm a Cafe Bustelo fan from way back, I'll give these a try.

We do the same thing for trips. We get those $1.xx 6-count packs [kroger.com] that they sell. Pretty good.

If you can find an Aldi that still has their espresso maker it should be on clearance and could be as low as $19.99. Original price was $80. Uses original Nespresso capsules. I got it and it is great.

I use wacaco nanopresso for hiking and all travels! Definitely not as great as my breville espresso at home!
