These are extremely good and they are NOT THE SAME as your normal whey protein powder, this is whey ISOLATE. Isolate dissolves better in water and creates a foam when you shake it, and you have to let it sit for a few minutes for the foam to go away.

That being said I have tried all of the flavors and this is one of my favorite followed by watermelon lime. I use this all the time in my water when I am in the gym sipping as I workout, refreshing and a nice way to get your proteins macros in. Since I am used to paying in the mid 20's this is a steal of a price.
This one is an exception. I've tried mixed berry and this, citrus lemonade is leagues ahead. This is the most enjoyable protein I've ever had along with the myprotein clear whey, very nice change from drinking milky flavors/textures for most of my life. Just make sure you ONLY shake it, do not stir or blend, the powder is very light and airy unlike the thicker shakes. I usually put ice, water then the powder, shake, let it sit 5 minutes, shake again. No clumps, almost as light as regular lemonade, does not feel like a chore to drink and not heavy on the stomach like traditional wheys
Citrus flavored protein powders are some of the worst I've ever had. Costco had an orange whey protein powder that I tried to take on a run in a bottle and the damn thing turned into concrete

I agree with you. I got this exact same one recently and it's surprisingly very good.

I've been a Isopure "purist" since probably 2004, so I'm very biased, but I still think it's one of the best proteins out there.

I am obviously a lot older now, so I'm not using it to list/build recover, but I instead I mix a scoop of this into my water bottle, add in a Liquid IV hydration citrus packet, when I play a round of golf.

Is this isopure as hard to mix as myprotein?
Not at all. Incredibly easy to mix.

Pretty much dissolves, but you do need to shake it, or use a spoon/fork a bit.

I don't like the isopure flavors for their whey protein refreshers so I just stick with the classic tasting ones from gatorade(https://www.walmart.com/ip/seort/906569429). its also the same price per gram of protein compared to the on-sale Isopure.

That assumes you can compare bottles in a store but I doubt even 5% of buyers of this product are doing so in a physical store. Instead what you get here are a ton of negative reviews from people who feel like they were ripped off or delivered a tampered with product.
People also don't grasp the concept either of the product being measured by WEIGHT, not volume. Every time the product is moved around, especially while shipping, it settles even more, so it looks like less. It is like a bag of chips.

If you read some allergy friendly recipes for baking, they will often say to loosen the flour up first before scooping... they say that because the flour settles, which results in more flour being scooped into a measuring cup, & the baked goods won't turn out as well if you use the wrong ratio of flour to liquid.

I agree that they should just make the containers smaller to match the product amount better... though no matter how much smaller they make the container, the product will still settle & people will think they are getting ripped off, but it looks like there is a lot of extra room in the containers that would still allow for a smaller container & less packaging waste.

The Gatorade ones at the link you shared has sucralose in it, which is far from healthy or safe.

I gave up on Isopure a long time ago. Ion Exchange whey isolate is old news. The protein and amino acids become denatured. Cross flow microfiltration method is better and keeps the amino acid profile intact.
Also the aftertaste of Isopure is not good. It may sound "refreshing" but you are not listening to it...you are drinking it.

If you've never tried clear whey and you're not sure about it, just buy it. Clear whey is the best thing to happen to protein powders in my opinion
Science doesn't support your opinion. Look up the difference between ion exchange(Isopure) and cross flow microfiltration (many other good brands). You are not getting the full amino acid profile with ion exchange. Protein is, after all, a bunch of amino acids. Everyone always seems to be fixated on the protein percentage when they should be focused on the quality of the protein.

I'm not even sure If this comment is sarcastic or you're dead serious about complaining about sodium. Gatorade is a drink meant for physical (specifically endurance) activity, sodium is a must for physical activity. Folks on SD really need to evaluate products for their intended purpose.

NOT a good deal. Lukewarm at best, if you're looking for small quantity only.
Math by serving and by oz:

This deal: $16.60/14.1oz = $1.18 per oz.
$16.60/16 "servings" = $1.04 per 20g protein serving. 5.2 cents per gram protein.

Example deals:
https://redcon1.com/products/isotope (when they run BOGO sometimes or half off deals. current code is SECRET50)
$45/36.16oz = $1.24 per oz. But BOGO deal makes this $0.62 per oz.
$45/30 "servings" = $1.50 per 25g protein serving. BOGO makes this $0.75 per serving. 3 cents per gram.

Costco:
https://www.costco.com/dymatize-i...28283.html
$63/56oz = $1.13 per oz.
$63/50 servings = $1.26 per 25g serving. 5.0 cents per gram.

These aren't really tasty, at all. I've been using it for a long time as my preworkout protein, and I feel the difference when I don't take it.

It's an option for fast, clean protein. Best way to drink this is just shoot it, chew some gum, and be on your whey.

Yes, it tastes nasty to a large portion of the population, particularly the aftertaste.
