May as well be fiber one. Healthy amount of fiber, but not a lot protein. At least it beats mini slim jims with high salt and fat content and only 1g protein marketed as a "source of protein"

Contains erythritol. According to a recent study conducted, erythritol may increase risk of heart attack and stroke. Please avoid products containing artificial sweeteners such as erythritol and splenda (sucralose). While this study is newer and maybe we can provide companies a chance to remove the ingredient, one should not support brands that remain impervious to the welfare of their customers and cut costs by adding harmful ingredients into their products. One of the best ways to transmute the corporate maleficence and greed into a better world is to abstain from buying products of such. You may feel such a concept is just a drop of water in a limitless ocean, but what is an ocean other than a multitude of drops? I will support a brand that acknowledges what is good for people and good for the planet. Also, likely an unpopular concept on Slickdeals, I'll even pay extra for such.

There is only a handful of peer reviewed studies on the effects of sucralose and every single one of them mentions the lack of reliability of their claims. There is no clear evidence at this point in time. The majority of common goods in stores have sucralose or some other artificial sweetener. Almost everything you eat from a box has stuff that may or may not be good for you.
