So glad I had an alert for the quiet series in Slickdeals! I snagged the last one at Milpitas today (just an hour ago). Other locations still had 5+ in stock so they were not discounted. Was $58 as shown in this post.

$229 -> $58 = 75% off!

Absolutely. After having another brand quiet series compressor I'd never go back to one of those loud af ones. Very much worth the normal price premium, but in this case its cheaper.

Agreed 100%, I have the bigger MAC model and it's soooooo much quieter than the much smaller model it replaced. No brainer if you value noise levels, and they're also pretty high quality compressors.

I got this a couple months ago, used it to install hardwood flooring, much quieter than the other compressor I was using which was the main reason I got the makita

Picked this up on clearance a year ago for 99 bucks, tried it out, whisper quiet. I returned it because I'm an idiot lol wish I would have kept it….

I'll the HD near me show on sale 199, bummer… I don't get why some do and some don't have the clearance
