I'm wondering: Does this come with the smaller "personal cup"?
Why are Best Buy customers saying theirs arrived used, refurbished when BB is selling this as new?
Vitamix screwed me over in November by "accidentally" canceling my $300 order of the Black Friday special, including both personal cups, without notice and after my CC been billed. Said they'd call me back to make things right 24 hours later after they "sold out" but I never heard from them again and eventually noticed a chargeback on my statement instead.
I'm gonna get this sent to a store, then simply refuse it if it's not the same kit Costco was selling few years back. Otherwise why have the same SKU?
May try calling when order gets in too. Think can even still go online to have product sent from store afterwards.
