FYI for those watching sugar intake, this has 12g of added sugar / serving compared to only 1g of added sugar (2g total) in plain cheerios. I add cinnamon to plain cheerios and it is just as good, with 10g less sugar per serving! The cinnamon cheerios also have less fiber and less protein.

14 ounces is considered large size now? I remember when 15-16 was standard, and large was like 21.

Go for the Cinnamon Oat Crunch Cheerios variety instead. Blows the regular cinnamon cheerios out of the water.

FYI for those watching sugar intake, this has 12g of added sugar / serving compared to only 1g of added sugar (2g total) in plain cheerios. I add cinnamon to plain cheerios and it is just as good, with 10g less sugar per serving! The cinnamon cheerios also have less fiber and less protein.

Yeah, with the exception of a few cereals, they are loaded with sugar.

It is a fact that consuming a high amount of sugar increases LDL, yet General Mills has the audacity to put "can help lower cholesterol" on the packaging. How is this legal?
